TEDDY'S ASIAN cabbage and my side-dish too

Hey guys, my room mate when I was at uni, he gave me this recipe, which is the most vegan recipe he had..see he used to cook cow's stomach an other such traditional things which were a little bit odd. But have no fear. This is fabulous!!
4-5 tbs of vegetable oil
1/2 a cabbage, the heavy non chinese type is what he used
1 green chilli if you like spice
1 tsp of flour
1 tbs of sugar
1 tbs of vinegar
1 tbs of salt
METHOD
HEAT, I mean really heat the oil till mentally hot!
Add cabbage and chilli. Fry untill wilted
in separate container stir other ingredients and add to wok. It will thicken immediately with stirring. As darling teddy said, as I was taking notes while he cooked so bloody quickly, add a little water to your sauce container and get all the flavour residue out "Waste nothing"
A salad of mine Ive been dying to put up for you is my simple cucumber salad
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tsp of sesame oil
1 tbs of vinegar
METHOD
slice in a nice way and mix well!
it's a great snack!
