Pumpkin and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Greetings fellow food lovers.
I made this pasta for dinner tonight and Frea liked it so much she asked me to post it on the blog. Also since we haven't added a new recipe for a considerable amount of time we thought it was time for an addition.
This recipe is far from conventional but have faith as it turned out quite nice.
4 Tbs Olive Oil
4 Tbs Tomato Paste
5 roughly diced Sun-Dried Tomatos
1 cup cooked Butternut Pumpkin
Handful of cooked Pumpkin seeds
handful of Basil
pinch of Cinnamon
pinch of Mustard Powder
2 Tbs Shredded Coconut
pinch Cracked Pepper
pinch Salt
On the seeds, I cooked them on my grill press, but it can easily be done in a pan. When they are dark brown blend them anyway you can, I used a stab mixer and had too add some of the sauce I had already cooked too blend them.
In a small saucpan heat the oil and tomato paste over a medium hear, stirring constantly until it starts boiling . Lower heat.
Add the cooked pumpkin and remaining ingredients. Leave on a low heat for 2-3 minutes, ensuring it does not begin to boil again.
Stir in cooked pasta of your choice, Serve with Mozzarella.
