2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cinnamon powder (freshly bought please)
75g of dark chocolate- shattered or the little drops
olive oil for brushing
2 tbs of brown sugar
handful of finely chopped dates

Knead on bench once together, add a little flour on your hands
Spread out to a baking tray size..
Just stab the dough with your fingers to spread
and keep flipping it over, adding a sprinkle of flour
So youve made your Pizza style dough,
Brush top with oil
Sprinkle the cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, dates and chocolate
Roll from one end (try this part twice and your an expert)
Crimp seam and ends of loaf with your fingers
brush the whole log with oil
Slice into thick 1 inch slices
