basic tomato convertible and perfect

for a pure REAL Italian tomato sauce, pizza, gazpacho, salads anything- this creates a juicy sauce at the bottom of the mixing bowl which, if sealed and refrigerated, makes a great tart dressing...MIX WITH ANYTHING OR EAT ALONE yummy
HEALTH TONIC TOMATZ
8 tomatoes cubed-- dont wate the pulp
2 heaped tsp of sea salt
2 tbs of olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 cup of flat leaf parsley chopped
1 tsp of fresh ground peps (pepper)
1 ground garlic clove ( pongy!! but if your lover eats it too its great!!)
METHOD
mix and watch and mix again..watch the blessed juices run ( takes 1/2 hour at most)
####add stale bread and grind into some of the juices slowly for gazpacho,
####and/or add more olive oil for a dressing, or maybe add chopped onion for you meat eaters over lamb as a sauce...
####or add just straight to some sauteed organic sausages served with pasta,
#### hmm, you could...screw the watered down flavor gm basil they sell in the marts.....
